DOCUMENTATION SUBMISSIONS


We ask that the submitted documentation not be printed out, populated, and hand delivered to NHT staff, but be filled out on a computer to facilitate neatly made changes and easy future reference by all involved parties. Documents can be submitted by pressing “SUBMIT” if a form, or ALTERNATIVELY, responses will automatically be submitted as the documents and spreadsheets are filled out. If there is not a “SUBMIT” button, responses are saved automatically as you type. All documents will be kept private on a secure server. Times and dates of revisions will be available in the event there is any confusion about when certain changes were logged in these documents. These documents will be attached to the service ticket or saved on a cloud server in each customer folder, which will allow any number of parties to reference the same document at any time.
